In order to provide you with an accurate quote, we need toget some basic information from you. Simply print off our Quotation Form, fill out the information and fax it back to us at 604.523.9655. We will get a quote back to you within 48 hours.

Place and Order

Already have a quote or know exactly what you want. Then fill in our Order Form, and fax it back to us at 604.523.9655. If you do not wish to disclose your credit card details over the fax, just select "Credit Card by Phone/Fax". Your order will be put on hold until you contact us.

Our unconditional guarantee means tha all workmanship is completely guaranteed against material or workmanship defects. We are not responsible for garments damaged due to mistreated care.

We collect information about you for the following reason, to process your order and second to provide you with the best possible service. The information collected will be used to personally keep in touch and let you know of the condition of your order and any offers, sales or promotions that Real Hip Clothing is doing. We will not send you an email without first obtaining your consent. This consent will be requested on your order form and, if given, can be halted at any time you wish. Simply email us and we will remove you from our mailing list.

All transactions that you initiate with Real Hip Clothing by fax or email are confidential. Your name will not be added to any mailing list and we NEVER transfer this information to a third party.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your name, your address, your phone number, clothing sizes, order information, your email address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Real Hip Clothing's website is NOT targeted at children. Orders will not be accepted from children under the age of 12. Other than garment sizes no information will be knowingly held about children below the age of 12.
