Shipping

Orders are shipped F.O.B. Warehouse. Any discrepancies such as shortages, defects must be reported within 5 business days from the receipt of merchandise. Claims will not be accepted after this time.

Prices

Prices are subject to HST (12%) taxes. For HST exemption a HST number and/or certificate of exemption must be provided. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

C.O.D., Cash, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard and Cheques are accepted. For custom orders a 50% deposit is required when ordering and the balance is due upon delivery.

Returned cheques are subject to a $20 service charge.

Embroidery

Quotes and tape digitizing are based on stitch count. Minimum order is 12 units. Set-up charges without digitizing required may apply.

Special Order and Custom Manufacturing

Additional charges may apply for custom items. Written confirmation is required on all orders. Merchandise must be inspected by the customer before imprinting to ensure the merchandise is correct as ordered. Real Hip/Hip Kid Clothing will not assume responsibility after garments have been imprinted. Once production begins the order cannot be cancelled or varied. Returns are not accepted on special or custom orders.

Returns

All returns must be authorized and shipped by prepaid freight. Samples are a final sale. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
